Currently owned and operated by Alvin L. Aubinoe III. The business has expanded over the past 18 years to include condominium and homeowner association management in Maryland, DC, and Virginia.

Our Senior Staff
Alvin L. Aubinoe, III, President/ Owner; attended the University of Maryland, currently a member if the Institute of Real Estate Management and Property Management Association, has worked in the property management business his entire life. He has been president of Alvin L. Aubinoe, Inc. since 1991, prior to taking over the family business he owned and operated Aubinoe Construction Company for eight years, building residential additions and renovating historical properties. He currently resides is Potomac, MD and is a life long Washingtonian.
Cynthia K. Hoes, Property Manager, CMCA; has been in the property management business for over 20 years, 18 of those with Alvin L. Aubinoe, Inc. She has a strong background in managing condominium associations in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. She also directly supervises a staff of 15 including building managers and maintenance engineers. She currently manages three condominium associations and assists in the management of four others. She is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) she has completed the M-100 and M-201. She currently resides in Silver Spring, MD.
Jennifer Burgess, Property Manager, CMCA; has been in management for 8 years, 6 of those with Alvin L. Aubinoe, Inc. her specialization is administrative and residential tenant relations. She currently manages condominium and home owner's associations in Washington, DC and Maryland.
Josh L’Etoile, Senior Accountant, graduate with a degree in finance from Longwood University. He specializes in property management financial accounting and currently resides in Vienna, VA.
Russell Hoes, Chief Maintenance Engineer; an experienced maintenance engineer with over 20 years experience, 11 of those with Alvin L. Aubinoe, Inc. He is certified in HVAC Master Technology, Low Pressure Boilers, General Engineering, and Lead Abatement. He oversees a maintenance staff of 6 including 2 groundskeepers, and handles over 30 properties in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
Gilbert De LosAngeles, Maintenance Engineer; an experienced maintenance engineer and has been with Alvin L. Aubinoe, Inc. for 10 years, experienced in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Electrical Maintenance, and Pneumatic Controls.
We believe in keeping our staff up to date on all aspects of our business, and our entire staff annually attends classes and seminars such as Fair Housing, Rent Control, Lead Abatement, and Workplace Safety. An educated staff can better serve our clients.
